Rules for submitting a proxy/unblocker

1. The proxy has to be working. Non working proxies will not be accepted.
2. optional: The site should have some feature that reduces the risk of it being blocked.
3. The doc must not contain any malicious ads or links such as viruses, scams, etc.
4. The site must be suitable for all ages
5. You must own or have owners permission of the site you want to submit.
6. Mirrors, copies or versions of other sites alleready on UBGdir is not allowed
